this is a tiny tiny cottage of about 30m2, only good for holidays.

It is habitable but not perfect, the roof will need some work on it in the coming years. 

The septic tank is not conformed and when it  will be time to change it it will be a large cost of about 12.000 Euros because the piece of land on the other side of the lane is very small.

Today the owners use this piece of land as parking, once the new septic tank will be installed there won't be anymore parking area, the parking will be down the lane quite a bit far and the lane is very hilly.

The electricity will need to be upgraded.

This is a cute cottage but only to come on holiday once in a while.
