This is a very isolated property.

There is the mill and two cottages.

All of them are very very small, only one bedroom in each one.  The mill has a surface of 65m2 and the other two  cottages are less than 30m2 each.

Two fo them are habitable, one needs a lot of work inside and outside (roof), it is not really habitable.

So, it will be necessary to invest still quite a bit of money because none of them have double glazed windows and they all need new septic tanks;

The insulation in the mill is not great.

The location is charming but quite isolated

Even the 2 houses which are habitable,  are not perfect, they will need some work inside.
