For me, this charming village house is the perfect package. The interior has style and character and is light, bright and hugely welcoming. The outside space is big enough if you have green fingers but easily manageable if gardening isn't your thing. Either way, it is a wonderful bonus for a village house. Other bonuses here include easy, free parking at the front of the house, a large storage shed and mains drainage, so no septic tank worries!

On the ground floor you have a study with lots of natural light from the glazed door and window at the front. Through to the large lounge/dining room, packed with character, especially the granite inglenook fireplace with its wood pellet burning stove. No heavy logs to chop and carry for this house! The lounge also has a lovely window seat, a great place to sit and look out at the comings and goings of the village. Within a short drive you will find Brittany's famous beaches, lakes, medieval towns, and much, much more. There is easy access as well to a selection of ferry ports, & airports.
