Just a quickie! We've noticed a few companies in our line of work who make an initial charge before you travel to view properties in France! (How very dare they) But - Yes it's true. They (and we) receive a commission from the selling agent 'on the other side' but only after you are the proud owner of your new house in Brittany. So, whatever you do...Don't pay extra for services that should be free. Our agents will all make sure... that you are led capably through the buying process compromis and acte finale with agency support at the Notaire's office for signing etc.,and that connections to mains services, electricity, water, telephone and gas (where applicable) are all in place when you take possession of your new home - it's regarded as part of the job.

Also: Please bear in mind that our associates have many more properties than appear on our site - the best way to buy is to take a viewing trip. Also, if you already have travel plans, please let us know so we can arrange an appointment to view our properties...
